How do I pay — and do I pay before pickup?
You confirm your booking with a quick upfront payment, EFT or a secure card link (Yoco). That locks in your slot. If your load comes in over 8kg, we settle the small difference before delivery
What if my laundry is more than 8kg?
No problem at all. We weigh everything when we collect, so you only ever pay for exactly what you have — never below the 8kg minimum, nothing hidden. We confirm the final amount with you before it comes back.
What areas do you cover?
We collect and deliver across Cape Town — CBD, V&A Waterfront, Sea Point, Green Point, Camps Bay, Claremont, Kenilworth, Observatory, Woodstock and surrounds. Not sure if we reach you? Send us your area on WhatsApp and we'll confirm in a minute.
What do you wash — and what don't you?
Everyday laundry, bedding and towels: washed, dried and folded, or ironed if you choose. We keep it simple, so we don't do dry cleaning, curtains or specialised garment care. Not sure your items qualify? Just ask before you book.
